Terms & Policies


Payment:

  • A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your space. It is charged to your credit card when you book.

  • The balance due will be required to be paid at least 30 days prior to the the start of the retreat.

Transfer Policy:

  • Depending on availability and discretion of Ethos Retreats, in some cases we can transfer a retreat booking between dates.

  • Transferring a booking between dates incurs an administration fee of 10% of the retreat price.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that things come up in life and we will try our best to accommodate our customers and guests, but we also need to consider our service partners that keep our business thriving. Below are the terms and conditions for refunds related to cancellations.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to fully protect against unforeseeable circumstances that would result in a cancellation of a booking.

  • All cancellation request must be made in writing to Ethos Retreats at ethosretreats@gmail.com

  • If you cancel:

    • MORE THAN 90 DAYS before your trip start date, 100% of the full trip value may be applied to another Ethos Retreats experience, less an administration fee of 10% of the retreat price. Alternatively we will refund 100% of the non-deposit value of the price.

    • BETWEEN 30-90 DAYS before your trip start date, 75% of the full trip value may be applied to another Ethos Retreats experience, less an administration fee of 10% of the retreat price. Alternatively we will refund 75% of the non-deposit value of the price.

    • LESS THEN 30 DAYS before your trip start date, no refunds or credits are issued.

  • If a retreat is cancelled by Ethos Retreats, you will receive a full refund.
